Return Policy.

Due to the high cost of accepting Mastercard and Visa I have no choice but to limit returns. All sales on books, leaflets, beads, charms, treasures, fabrics, kits, and all floss and fibers are final. Defective or items that arrived broken are returnable. You must email me within 30 days of receipt of merchandise to receive credit or a refund. Unopened kits may be exchanged for same value of merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable.
